Thanks Caroline! I was experimenting with using watercolour pencil, which allows me to get more detail into the sketch, without having to be patient and wait for layers to dry!
Thanks so much, Juliet - you're very kind! I just love sketching wildlife - there's always some new detail to try to capture, or something to notice (like that Large White butterflies aren't really very white!)
